Lisa Campbell
Owner & Stylist

For over 30 years, hairdressing has been more than my career—it’s been my passion. I began my journey at just 14 years old in a local salon, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I’d found the profession I was meant to do. I qualified within a year while studying at college, and since then I’ve been fortunate to build a career filled with incredible opportunities, both behind the chair and within education across the UK and Europe.
In my thirties, I joined the Head Office team at Toni & Guy in London, where I retrained to specialise in precision cutting. I later became a Regional Technical Colour Educator for Wella Professionals, a role that allowed me to educate stylists, develop advanced colour expertise, and work alongside some of the industry’s most talented hairdressers.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of styling and colouring hair on stage at shows across the UK, as well as working backstage on the Wella TrendVision Award. These experiences have shaped the colourist I am today and continue to inspire my creativity and approach to every client I meet.
My passion lies in creating beautiful, luxurious colour alongside precision cutting that not only looks incredible in the salon but is easy to manage and maintain at home. I believe every client deserves hair that makes them feel confident every single day—not just when they leave the salon.
I specialise in transformational colour, including grey blending, lived-in colour and bespoke blonding. I particularly enjoy complex colour corrections and love being the “colour magician,” designing personalised colour placements that are completely unique to each individual. I also support women with hair loss and thinning and am qualified in Japanese Headspa treatments to help promote a healthy scalp and relaxation.
I was incredibly honoured to be named Colourist of the Year at The Salon Awards 2025, and our beautiful salon was also nominated for Best Hair Business at the UK Small Business Awards 2026. These recognitions mean so much because they reflect the care, passion and dedication that goes into every client experience. Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me spending time with my children, baking, practising yoga, dancing or getting lost in a good book. I love being outdoors,
travelling whenever I can, and spending time by the ocean. (The only thing I still can’t be persuaded to try is anything that resembles fish eggs!)
My passion for wellbeing led me to retrain as a Yoga and Pilates teacher, as well as qualifying in Nutrition and Personal training. I truly believe that looking after the mind and body is just as important as looking after your hair, and this holistic approach allows me to support my clients on a much deeper level. For me, great hair isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel.
